16 Select Mike
As a founding member of Net Force Volleyball Club, Mike begins his 24th season with Net Force. Mike has coached all level of competition at Net Force. His teams have won over 350 matches in the past 5 years including (3) top ten finishes at National Qualifier events. His 2011 17 Competition team won the inaugural Windy City Power League earning the club’s first bid to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships in Atlanta, Georgia. He is responsible for a variety of administrative functions within the club including scheduling, staff development and marketing. Mike has been instrumental in forwarding youth volleyball in the community through the introduction of the VolleyTots/VolleyKids program that he facilitates in conjunction with the Waukegan Park District. Mike is a frequent camp clinician throughout the country and is a former NCAA volleyball player from George Williams College 1983-1984. Mike is married (Janet) and they have 3 grown children and 1 amazing Granddaughter.
17 Competition – Head Coach
This is Bill’s 17h year with Net Force Volleyball Club. He has considerable experience coaching in both the boys and girls game and has coached ages 14-18. His 2013 & 2014 17 Competition teams qualified for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships. He started his coaching career as varsity head coach at Notre Dame High School, Belmont, California in 1992. Bill also was assistant head coach at Grayslake Central High School for 8 years helping lead them to 3 Regional Championships. Bill formerly played for the University of Arizona, leading them to two MPSF Tournament Appearances. He also played on the AVP pro-beach tour from 1992-1993. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently employed by AbbVie. Bill is married to Cathleen and has two children (Autumn 14 & Austin 9).
13 Select – Head Coach
This is Kelli’s sixth season with Net Force Volleyball club. Kelli has been coaching at St. Patrick School in Wadsworth, IL for the past 4 years. Kelli attended Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, IA on a full volleyball scholarship, while there she had achieved an invitation as the only junior college player to attend the Olympic volleyball festival in Lincoln, NE. Kelli resides in Waukegan, IL with her 3 beautiful girls, Taylor, Kayleigh and Samantha.
