This is Bill’s 23rd year with Net Force Volleyball Club. He has considerable experience coaching in both the boys and girls game while coaching players aged 14-18 and has amassed over 950 wins as a coach. Bill has qualified his 17 National teams for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships on four occasions (2013, 2014, 2018) and for the USA Volleyball Boys Junior National Championships in 2007.  He also led his 17s team to a 5th place finish at the 2021 AAU National Championships. Bill  was assistant head coach at Grayslake Central High School for 8 years helping lead them to 3 Regional Championships. Bill formerly played for the University of Arizona, leading them to two MPSF & AVCA Tournament Appearances receiving 2nd Team All-American Honors. He also played on the AVP pro-beach tour from 1992-1996. Bill holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently employed by AbbVie. Bill is married to Cathleen and has two children (Autumn & Austin).

This will be Kelli’s 10th season with Net Force Volleyball club. Kelli was also the coach at St. Patrick School in Wadsworth, IL for 4 years. Kelli attended Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, IA on a full volleyball scholarship, while there she had achieved an invitation as the only junior college player to attend the Olympic volleyball festival in Lincoln, NE. Kelli resides in Grayslake, IL with her 3 beautiful girls, Taylor, Kayleigh and Samantha.

Victoria Pluta is in her 10th year coaching youth volleyball.  She has experience coaching boys and girls ages 13-18.   Victoria has been coaching at Lakes Community High school in Lake Villa, IL since 2016.  With coaching high school, she has been able to attend several coaching and positional clinics.  Victoria attended Lake Forest College where Bill Eager helped her get recruited as a 4 year starting setter on their varsity volleyball team.  Victoria has her degree in Sociology and Anthropology, as well as a trade in Cosmetology.  During her high school volleyball career, she too played for Net Force Volleyball Club.  Her and her husband Rob Pluta are excited to now be part owners of the club that has offered her so much.  

This is Matt's 3rd year coaching for Net Force. He played volleyball for LCHS for 4 years. He had a year as the manager for the Woman's LFCVB team. He goes to LFC where he studies Biology and Education, with hopes of being the Cool Science Teacher.

This is Dillon’s 4th season as a head coach with Net Force Volleyball Club.  Dillon previously played under Coach Bill and spent 3 seasons as a varsity starter at Waukegan High School.  After high school, Dillon left the cold and snow of Illinois for the sand and sunshine of San Diego California where he played libero for the University of San Diego Toreros.  Following his time in California, Dillon then traveled overseas to Beijing, China where he continued to play and coach volleyball while finishing a Master’s Degree in Mandarin.  Currently, Dillon is not married and has no children, allowing him to sleep like a baby.

This is Max's 3rd season as a head coach with Net Force Volleyball Club.  Max was born and raised in Lake Bluff, where he started his volleyball career in middle school. He played throughout high school (Libertyville) and college (Marquette club). Max has been coaching club volleyball since 2017 and uses his 15+ years of experience to focus on team growth, skill development, and fun.

Net Force is proud to welcome Autumn to our staff.  This is Autumn's 1st year coaching at Net Force.  She has helped out with many volleytot and volleykid sessions over the years.  She is currently attending the College of Lake County where she plays volleyball and majors in Elementary Education.  Autumn is a Net Force alumni and played for us for 7 years.  She also attended Kenosha Christian Life High School and played on their varsity team all 4 years while leading them to a top 5 Finish in State her Senior Year.

Net Force is proud to welcome Molly to our staff.  This is Molly's 1st year coaching at Net Force.   She is currently attending the College of Lake County where she is the starting setter of the volleyball team.  Molly is a Net Force alumni and played for us for  the past 3 years.  She also attended Warren Township High School and played on their varsity team while helping lead them to a Regional Title her Senior Year.
